Integral Coaching
If you’re seeking clarity and would like to better understand what is moving within you.
Together, we explore your situation from a holistic perspective, looking at your strengths, talents, and possibilities. In doing so, you can find your own way forward – whether you’re navigating a current challenge or a longer-standing issue.
Throughout this process, I support and guide you through thoughtful questions and coaching tools.
Aura & Energy Work
For what cannot be resolved through the mind alone.
Everything in the universe is energy and vibration. You, too, have a unique energy field that reflects both conscious and unconscious patterns which can influence how you experience life.
Using my intuitive energetic perception, I work to balance and clear your chakras and energy pathways.
Once we have identified the focus of the session, you can simply lean back, relax, and even drift off while I work with your energy field.
Reiki
For balance, restoration and deep relaxation.
Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that works with universal life force energy – the energy that flows through all living things. It supports balance and harmony on physical, emotional, mental, and energetic levels, helping to activate the body’s natural capacity for healing and renewal. During a Reiki session, you are invited to relax completely and simply receive the gentle, loving energy that flows through my hands.
Creative Expression
When something within is asking to be expressed.
To me, creativity means inventing, experimenting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes, and finding joy in the process. Creative expression offers a powerful way to give form to what is happening within and to discover new insights along the way. Depending on what feels right for you, we may work with drawing, painting, sculpting, movement, dance, voice, or performance.
Energetic Space Clearing
For spaces that feel heavy, unsettled, or somehow out of alignment.
Every space carries its own energy. Over time, the thoughts, experiences, and activities of the people who live, work, or spend time there can leave an imprint on its atmosphere.
An energetic space clearing can be beneficial for homes, offices, buildings, or properties that simply don’t feel right, where unhealthy patterns seem to repeat themselves, or where you never quite feel at ease.
The intention is to clear lingering energies and disturbances and to realign the space so that it better supports your needs and well-being.
Before the clearing, I invite you to reflect on how you would like to feel in your space and what kind of energy you would like to welcome into it. During the clearing, it is best if you leave the space so that I can work without interruption. Once the process is complete, we will walk through the newly aligned space together, and I will share my observations and insights with you.

- 150 CHF per hour
- Space clearings are priced according to the time required
