The best place to start is with a complimentary introductory conversation. Together, we can explore where you are right now, what is present for you, and whether this way of working feels like a good fit.
You don’t need to prepare anything. It is enough to come exactly as you are, with whatever is alive for you in this moment.

Book Your Session
Sessions are displayed as 90 minutes by default in the booking system. This does not mean that our session has to last that long. Under “Details”, you can indicate how much time you have available, and you will only be charged for the time you book or use.
