I am Monica. Creativity, art and spirituality have accompanied me throughout my life. I find my greatest inspiration in nature, the animal world, the rhythms of life, people’s stories, music and dance.

I am fascinated by authentic expression and creative transformation – and I have become an expert in this.

Playful and curious by nature, life has always led me to new challenges. I wanted to live a colorful, full life, and I was gifted with what I craved. I was lucky enough to grow up and live in various beautiful places: Peru, London, New York, Vienna and Switzerland. Likewise, I traveled a lot and got to know many exciting places and people.

Experiencing and integrating this wide range of emotions and experiences was not always easy, and some of these experiences left deep wounds that slowly but steadily began to hurt. So, at the beginning of my thirties, I was forced to pause, explore the pain, treat myself with love, and heal.

I wrote about some of my experiences during this time in a book with drawings. Although it only dealt with my experiences, many people, especially women, felt addressed and the book was a great success. This motivated me to pass on what I had learned and my strategies to others.

Since 2000 I have gained a lot of experience in the field of personal and consciousness development. Dance, performance, sound, drawing and painting, yoga and meditation, somatic experiencing, shamanism, coaching and energy work have become powerful tools for me to grow and heal and also to help others to do so.
