I offer a mix of integral coaching, aura and energy work, Reiki, and creative expression to get stuck life stories moving, create clarity and anchor what you have experienced. Additionally, I conduct energetic space clearings. Further down, you’ll find a detailed explanation of the individual offerings.
In our sessions you can experience, learn and develop the following:
Insights into your behavior and thought patterns
More flow and ease in your emotional life and the recognition of emotions
A clear plan for overcoming challenges in relationships, work and personal difficulties
A session usually lasts between 60 and 75 minutes, up to a maximum of 90 minutes. A space clearing can take anywhere from half a day to a full day, depending on the size of the rooms. The price depends on the time required.

Integral Coaching
During an integral coaching session, we take a holistic view of where your talents and skills lie so that you can find your personal solution to your current situation or a longer-term issue. I accompany and guide you in this process with questions and coaching methods.
Aura and Energy work
Everything in the universe is energy and frequency. You also have a very personal energy field, where conscious and unconscious impressions that determine your everyday life are stored. I use my subtle perception to balance and clear your chakras and energy pathways. After identifying your personal topic, you can sit back, relax and even doze off while I work with your energy field.
Creative expression
Creativity is inventing, experimenting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes and having fun. For me, creative expression is an important component to give inner processes a visible form and to create one’s own insights. My repertoire to support you in your creativity is large and includes drawing, painting, sculpting, dancing, singing and performance.
Reiki
Reiki is the Japanese word for universal life energy, from which everything originates and which permeates everything. Reiki has a balancing effect on all levels of our being and activates the
self-healing powers. During a Reiki treatment, you can relax completely and experience the loving light energy through my hands.
Energetic Space Clearings
Spaces have their own energy field, which has been altered over time by the thoughts and activities of ourselves or people who have lived or worked there before us. The duration and intensity of these influences shape the atmosphere and structure of the space.
An energetic space clearing is ideal for any space (apartments, offices, houses, properties) that „just doesn’t feel right,“ where unhealthy patterns are repeating, or where you never truly feel at home. It helps to release disruptive frequencies and residual energies, realigning the space to suit your needs. Consider how you want to feel in your space and what kind of energy you wish to invite.
During the clearing, it’s best if you leave the space so I can work without interruption. At the end, we’ll walk through the newly aligned space together, and I’ll provide feedback on my findings.
